Hes about 5'9" 190lbs and I ordered a Large and it fits him very nice. The material is very lightweight and so soft. Its definitely on the dressy side. I feel that the wrinkle quality is pretty good to because when. It came out of the package there wasn't much wrinkling and when it was folded there wasn't much either.
