It has a population of around 3.72 million and covers a total area of 70,000 kilometres square approximately.
The Georgian government is unitary and semi-presidential in nature and is elected by democratic means.
Georgia is mostly a mountainous country though there are other varieties such as temperate regions, marshes and swamps, snowy areas and glaciers too. This clearly says that the country has a varied climatic condition too. While Western Georgia has a humid sub tropical climate, the eastern part of the country changes to continental.
